Yellow Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. yellow saffron rice, cooked
    1 can Mexicorn, drained
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small bell pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Cook yellow rice as directed; mix with Mexicorn, butter and soup.
    Grate Cheddar cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
