Oyster Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
2 c. oysters
salt and pepper
seasoned salt
4 Tbsp. butter
parsley
Preparation

Heat milk over boiling water in top of double boiler.
Lower heat and add seasonings and butter.
Simmer about 15 minutes; add oysters and cook 15 more minutes.
Pour into bowls and top with a pat of butter and parsley.
Serve with oyster crackers.
Serves 4.
