Salmon-Horseradish Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink salmon
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. pickle relish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon after removing skin and discarding bones.
    Add other ingredients, mixing well.
    Chill several hours. Serve with crackers.
