North China Hot And Sour Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. flank steak or top round
    3 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. yellow bean paste
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. fresh ginger, minced
    1 tsp. sesame seed oil
Preparation
    Cut meat across the grain in 1-inch strips.
    Marinate meat in soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of white wine, cornstarch and sugar for 30 minutes at
    room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
