Mushroom Salad Garay - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. sliced fresh mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    2/3 c. garlic flavored red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning
    1 tsp. salad herbs
    1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    4 firm-ripe tomatoes
    crisp salad greens
    watercress (for garnish)
Preparation
    Turn mushrooms into a deep glass bowl.
    Combine oil, wine vinegar, Beau Monde, salad herbs, nutmeg and pepper in a small saucepan.
    Bring mixture just to a boil.
