Black Bean Burritos(Serves 5) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 whole wheat (10-inch) tortillas
    3 c. cooked black beans
    6 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    1/2 c. salsa
Preparation
    In a heated skillet, soften a tortilla by heating it for about 20 seconds.
    Spread a generous 1/4 cup of beans across the middle of the tortilla.
    Top with 1 1/2 tablespoons of cheese.
    Wrap the tortilla around the filling and place the burrito, seam side down, in a greased baking dish.
    Spread salsa on top of burritos and top with remaining cheese.
    bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Serve with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, salsa and sour cream.
