Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cubed pork
1 lb. cubed round steak
1 1/2 large onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
5 cans (10 oz. each) crushed tomatoes
1 1/2 Tbsp. cumin
1 lb. potatoes, diced
1 large can hominy, drained
20 oz. diced green chilies
2 c. water
2 tsp. beef bouillon powder
cooking oil
Preparation

Brown cubed meat slowly in oil.
Add onions and garlic. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer uncovered for 3 hours or until meat is fork-tender.
May be frozen with excellent results.
Serve with heated tortillas.
