Italian Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    5 eggs, separated
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Crisco
    2 c. flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together margarine, Crisco and sugar.
    Add egg yolks, 1 at a time, and beat well.
    Add soda to buttermilk.
    Add all with flour and beat well.
    Add coconut, pecans and vanilla.
    Fold into well beaten egg whites.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in tube pan, 30 to 35 minutes in 8-inch pan or bake in 2 (9-inch) greased pans at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
