Microwave Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw peanuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white corn syrup
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. margarine
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart casserole, stir first 4 ingredients.
    Cook 8 minutes in microwave on High.
    Stir well after 4 minutes.
    Add margarine and vanilla; cook 1 minute on High.
    Add baking soda and stir until light and foamy.
    Immediately pour onto lightly buttered baking sheet.
    Spread thinly.
    When cool, break into pieces.
