Be'Arnaise Sauce (France) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
    4 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1/2 c. beef stock
    1/2 Tbsp. whole tarragon leaves
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Here we are preparing a reduced Bearnaise Sauce that is stirred into Hollandaise Sauce.
    Can be prepared days ahead and refrigerated.
