Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. uncooked noodles
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 can cheese soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    7 oz. tuna
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling salted water according to directions. Drain.
    Melt shortening in a large skillet.
    Add onions and green pepper; cook until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil.
    Add noodles and tuna.
    Place in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
