Microwave Coffeecake Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Put 1 tablespoon butter in small bowl.
Microwave on High 45 to 60 seconds.
Stir in cracker crumbs; set aside.
Put 1/2 cup butter in medium mixing bowl.
Microwave 15 to 30 seconds.
Add flour, brown sugar and egg.
Cream at high speed with mixer.
Add remaining ingredients.
Beat at medium speed until blended.
