Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. freeze-dried chives
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 lb. butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; drain and mash.
    Add remaining ingredients; whip.
    Pour into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    This recipe serves a good crowd.
