Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 can cream of potato soup
    1 can small shrimp
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 small pkg. slivered almonds
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Mix cream cheese and the soup together.
    Add drained shrimp, onion, horseradish, salt and pepper.
    Blend until smooth.
    Pour 1/2 of shrimp mixture into a buttered casserole dish; sprinkle with 1/2 of the almonds and Cheddar cheese.
    Add rest of shrimp mixture and top with remaining almonds and Cheddar cheese.
