Clam Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. rich milk
    2 1/2 lb. potatoes
    5 carrots
    1 can baby clams and juice
    onions
    garlic
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
Preparation
    Saute vegetables.
    Add milk and clams.
    Cook.
    Add some sour cream before serving.
