Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add flour to milk and shake so there are no lumps visible.
    Add to butter and cook until thick and smooth. Add salt, pepper and paprika.
    Add cheese.
    Stir until the cheese is melted and well blended.
