Cashew Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Iceberg & romaine lettuce
    1/3 cup green onions, chopped
    1/2 cup chopped cashews
    2 tablespoons chopped parsley
    1/4 cup sunflower seeds
    3 strips bacon
    salad oil
    1/4 cup cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    dash grated black pepper
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and chill.
    Fry bacon, drain and measure out 1/3 cup - adding salad oil if necessary.
    Return to pan with vinegar, sugar and pepper and stir; when warm,
    pour over lettuce.
    Garnish with parmesan cheese.
