Snickerdoodle Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Stir together flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt. Beat butter for 30 seconds. Add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add eggs, milk, vanilla and beat well. Add dry ingredients to beaten mixture, beating until well combined. Form dough into 1-inch balls. Roll in mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Place balls 2-inches apart on a cookie sheet (greased) and flatten each ball with bottom of a glass slightly. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 8 minutes until light golden.
