Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation
-
Mix all ingredients with thawed broccoli.
Bake in greased pan at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
(Can be made in Bundt pan.)
