Pizzelles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, melted and cooled
    3 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix margarine and beaten eggs.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Beat in flour and baking powder.
    Drop by teaspoon onto hot pizzelle iron.
    Squeeze handles together to flatten batter and cook for 15 to 20 seconds.
    Lift off with a fork.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
