Chili Cheddar Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, sliced into thin strips
2 small cans green chilies (not pickled)
3 eggs, whipped
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Grease casserole dish and preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut veins and seeds from chilies and slice.
Alternate layers of chilies and cheese in casserole dish.
Add flour to beaten eggs and mix thoroughly.
Add milk and mix thoroughly.
Pour mixture over chilies and cheese.
Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown and fluffy.
