10-inch unbaked pie crust
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Mix flour and sugar together and add to eggs. Add melted butter and beat well.
Stir in buttermilk and vanilla. Pour mixture into pie crust.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until firm in center, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
