Chocolate Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. egg whites
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 c. cake flour
    1/4 c. cocoa
Preparation
    Sift flour, cocoa and salt together.
    Add cream of tartar to egg whites and beat until they will hold peaks.
    Add vanilla, then sugar.
    Gradually beat well after each addition, then fold in flour mixture.
    Put in ungreased tube pan.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven.
    Cool cake upside down, then loosen from sides and remove.
