Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. beef chuck roast
    1 bunch carrots
    4 Irish potatoes, cut up
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Place roast on heavy aluminum foil in a shallow pan.
    Slice vegetables around.
    Add seasoning and soups.
    Wrap securely and bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes; then bake at 250\u00b0 for 3 1/2 hours. Serves 8.
