Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (soft)
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 scallion, chopped fine
    6 pieces crisp bacon, chopped
    10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 loaves round bread with hard crust
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except bread, together in bowl.
    Cut a hole in the middle of bread and place in the hole.
    Cut up bread from hole and the additional loaf to dip into mixture.
