Sunshine Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pineapple juice
    3 c. orange juice
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 can chunk pineapple
    1 jar cherries and orange slices
    orange or pineapple ice cream sherbet
    2 (2 liter) 7-Up or ginger ale
Preparation
    Freeze in a Bundt pan the juices and fruit. Put frozen ring in punch bowl. Add sherbet, then add pop.
