Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2/3 c. Bisquick
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Line baking dish with foil.
    Heat butter in pan until melted.
    Mix Bisquick, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken.
    Place skin sides down in pan.
    Bake uncovered 35 minutes.
    Turn and bake until done, about 15 minutes.
