Ingredients

1 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Cream margarine, sugars, eggs, oil and vanilla together.
Stir in dry ingredients.
Refrigerate overnight.
Form small balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip a glass in sugar and flatten each cookie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Makes 5 dozen.
