Aunt Oing Oing'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. finely grated carrots
    3 c. raisins
    1 1/2 c. oil
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients.
    Add eggs and oil until well blended. Fold in carrots and raisins.
    Bake in greased Bundt pan for 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
