Bar Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 (5 1/2 oz.) jar horseradish
1 lb. bacon
1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Cube Velveeta and melt in microwave, stirring occasionally. Cook bacon until crisp and cut into small pieces.
When Velveeta has melted, stir in bacon, horseradish (including juice) and mayonnaise.
Quickly pour into refrigerator containers.
Chill for 4 hours.
Serve as a spread with crackers.
