Blueberry-Coconut Slush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pineapple sherbet or sorbet
    1 c. frozen blueberries
    3/4 c. canned coconut milk
    1/4 c. sweetened shredded coconut
Preparation
    In a blender, combine pineapple sherbet or sorbet, blueberries, coconut milk and sweetened shredded coconut. Whirl until smooth and pour into a chilled tall glass. Makes 2 cups.
