Pumpkin-Pecan Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. pecans
    1 pkg. honey graham crackers (about 10 double crackers)
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 c. prepared pumpkin puree
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    4 jumbo (or 5 large) eggs
    1/4 c. cream
    1 tsp. pure vanilla
    pecan halves for garnish
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Pulverize the pecans and crackers.
    Add brown sugar and blend well with fingers.
    Add butter, tossing with a fork.
    Press crumbs in bottom and halfway up side of 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake for 10 minutes.
    Remove and cool.
    Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
