Pizza Cups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small onion, chopped fine
    1/3 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 can biscuits
    3/4 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown beef with onion and pepper.
    Drain.
    Stir in tomato paste.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Spray muffin pan with nonstick spray. Flatten biscuits and put in muffin cups.
    Pour meat mixture in each cup.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown.
