Crescent Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
3/4 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) light cream cheese
1 egg yolk
Preparation

Grease an 8 x 11-inch or 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread first tube of rolls in pan pinching together at seams.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk until light and fluffy.
Spread over rolls. Cover mixture with second tube of crescent rolls, pinching seams together as done with bottom layer.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Great for breakfast, brunch or anytime!
