Pilgrim Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream style corn
    1 can whole kernel corn, drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 2 ounce jar pimento, drained and chopped
    2/3 cup milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 cup crushed saltine crackers
    1 cup grated cheddar cheese
    1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
    2 tablespoons sugar
    Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients. Place in a buttered 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 1 hour.
