Sweet And Tangy Kielbasa With Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. kielbasa
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. medium shells
    6 slices bacon
    1 c. mushrooms, sliced
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3/4 c. water
    1/4 c. tarragon vinegar
Preparation
    Simmer kielbasa in 1/2 cup water (covered) for 20 minutes. Cook shells and drain. Drain and slice kielbasa. Set aside.
    Cook bacon and drain. Reserve 3 tablespoons drippings.
    Crumble bacon and set aside.
    Cook mushrooms in drippings for 2 minutes. Stir in sugar, flour and pepper. Add the 3/4 cup water and vinegar. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Add kielbasa, shells, bacon and parsley. Toss together.
