Meat Loaf Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 c. bread crumbs, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation

Mix beef, 1 1/4 cups bread crumbs, egg, salt, onion powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper.
Add tomato sauce and mix well.
Shape into loaf and place on jelly roll pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
