Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large avocados, peeled and coarsely mashed
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 small clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tomato, diced
    1/2 small onion, minced
    few sprigs cilantro, slightly chopped
Preparation
    Combine ingredients in order given. Stir briefly after adding each ingredient.
    Makes about 2 1/2 cups.
    Good served with taco salad or taco chips.
