Drunken Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1 chopped onion
salt, pepper and garlic powder
1/2 c. water
14 oz. bottle catsup
12 oz. can beer
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Form into small meat balls.
Heat water, catsup and the beer in a saucepan. Carefully drop meat balls into the liquid.
Simmer 1 hour.
Serve in a chafing dish.
