Oriental Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can water chestnuts
    1 can Campbell's onion soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 small can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. Uncle Ben's converted long grain rice
    1/4 lb. butter or oleo
Preparation
    Drain water chestnuts and slice thin.
    Saute lightly in small amount of butter in frying pan.
    Combine in casserole soup, water, mushrooms and rice.
    Add water chestnuts.
    Stir and add 1/4 pound of butter, cut up into small pieces.
    Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0. Serves 6 to 8.
