Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 c. shredded sharp cheese
    6 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 1/2 c. coarsely crushed potato chips
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until tender.
    Blend in flour and add milk.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Place layer of egg slices in a 10 x 6 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with half of the cheese sauce, then half the chips and half the bacon.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
