Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice (more or less, to taste)
ham steaks, fully cooked
Preparation

Melt butter and brown sugar in a skillet until syrupy.
Add lemon juice.
Cook steaks in the mixture, covered, until thoroughly heated.
Drizzle pan drippings over steaks and serve.
