Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag spinach
    3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    8 to 16 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 medium can bean sprouts, drained
    1 c. oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix spinach, eggs, bacon and bean sprouts in a large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients.
    Pour over salad.
