Lemon Broiled Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
    1/4 c. lemon juice concentrate
    2 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 4 slices)
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    1 lb. fish fillets, fresh or frozen, thawed
Preparation
    Combine margarine and lemon juice.
    In medium bowl combine bread crumbs, parsley and 1/4 cup of lemon mixture.
    Dip fish into paprika mixture; broil until flakes with fork.
    Top with bread crumb mixture.
    Return to broiler; heat through.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 4 servings.
