Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, sliced
    2 c. canned tomatoes, drained
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cut cabbage into six slices and cook in boiling, salted water for about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp.
