Rockfish Imperial(Stuffed With Crab) - cooking recipe

2 lb. Rockfish fillets
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
2 slices white bread, cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 lb. backfin crabmeat
paprika (for sprinkling)
Preparation

Remove skin from fillets in lengthwise manner; slit the tops, forming pouches.
Butter fillets and lightly salt and pepper. Set aside.
