Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. ground ham
    3/4 c. bread crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 medium onion
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in
    milk
    and
    salt.
    Add to meat and form a loaf. In a
    saucepan
    warm
    1/2
    cup tomato juice and 3 tablespoons brown sugar.
    Pour
    over loaf.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 until heated through, then 300\u00b0 until done.
