Camp Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 can vegetable soup
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in butter; add soup and water.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Cover; cook slowly for 15 minutes.
    Serve with thick slices of garlic toast.
    Yield:
    4 servings.
