Chicken Tortilla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    2 tsp. minced garlic
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 c. cubed chicken breast, cooked
    3/4 c. green chiles, seeded and finely chopped
    6 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 Tbsp. lime juice (freshly squeezed)
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3/4 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 peeled and chopped avocado
    1/2 c. cilantro, chopped
    tons of grated cheese
    tortilla chips
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, place 1 tablespoon oil and heat it on medium heat until it is hot.
    Add the green onions and garlic and saute them for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add the cooked rice, chicken, chile peppers and chicken broth.
    Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Add the lime juice, cilantro, salt and pepper.
    Line soup bowls with tortilla chips.
    Place cheese, tomatoes and avocado in center. Serve and add soup to bowls.
