Easy Barbecue Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Cook onion and garlic in margarine until tender. Add other ingredients and bring to a boil. Brush on any kind of meat during cooking.
